If you need to go to Panlong Peak, you need to teleport in at Chen Jiling in Sunstream.
Use the Bloodlust Shard to collect Empyrean Haze, Earth Haze, and Water Haze from Empyrean Devils, Earth Devils, and Water Devils.
(You must have enough empty spaces in your Bag for all the ingredients)
The materials for refining a Devil Heart will be kept in your Bag. If you fail the quest, they can still be used in your next attempt.
